The respondents were first asked to evaluate their trust in health and social services with statements such as "In general, health services in Finland function well" and "I believe that I will receive urgent care in case of a sudden, serious illness". This was followed by questions about health and social services on the Internet. The availability and the functionality of the care were studied. This was followed by questions about the person's health. The questions dealt with long-term illness, regular medication, and depression. In the next part, the respondents were asked about their occupational health care. This was followed by questions charting the respondent's last visit to a doctor. Next, the respondents' use and experiences with social services in the last 12 months were charted.
