Users resistance to information systems is recognized as one of frustrating factors of system development. When occurred, it can create expenses for the deliverer and the customer. It is important to understand those factors that form user resistance and those factors that prevent forming of the user resistance. Agile methods have focused on customer satisfaction and customer collaboration since the beginning of 21th century. In this thesis the focus is on Scrum, an agile development method. The main question is how Scrum does, as an agile method, suit preventing user resistance to information systems. This thesis is built by exploring field’s studies in the subject
