Target of this work was to create applicable quality system description intent to improve quality management and control. Basis ofimprovement actions was SFS-EN ISO 9001 standard. Starting point for a study was present state evaluation. According founded results all actions could focus to right processes to get significant and measurable improvement.

Present state evaluation indicated major quality problems at field and also company processes when compare to ISO 9001 standard. Processes aimed to register both at starting point and after have improved actions. Created fromthis documentation a description of quality system; the quality book of company.

This study shows significant quality control improvement, when process have been described exactly according best practice and simply. Alsoit shows, improving is minor if commitment of personnel is low. Then documentation is just a piece of paper without updating routine and respect.

Improvement follow up is impossible, if doesn't have monitoring and unambiguous indicators. Therefore created indicators at primary processes to show development. During this study could be seen very clear changes specially at paint shop where could reduce number of defects to tenth comparing previous situation.

Quality system development and improving quality control at manufacturing turned out to be challenging and time-consuming task, but when aquired evideces of success the whole organization trust of quality improvement increase and will speed up necessary changes in company.
