Original caption (written) by the wartime news agency Finlandia News Service: Air raid! Not even in the country are the Finns safe from Bolshevik aircraft. Owing to the unsufficient number of Finnish fighting planes, the Bolsheviks have managed to expand their total war over the whole of Finland. In two months one bomb for 400 Finns civilians had been dropped, and civil people have been recklessly maschine-gunned by Bolshevik airmen since the beginning of the war. Snowcoats are now officially recommended to people living or travelling in the country.
