Kokemuksia ja näkemyksiä uudistuvasta ammatillisesta oppimisesta

Finnish vocational education and training is in transition. New legislation has been in force since the beginning of 2018. In this publication, different actors in the field of vocational education and training tell their points of view at the present phase of this reform. Students, teachers and the management of vocational institutions as well as the representatives of work places were interviewed for this publication.

In the first two articles, the focus is on the questions of pedagogical leadership. The next two articles describe the challenges, which the VET institutions are facing at the first phases of the reform. In the fourth and the fifth article, two different kinds of workplaces tell their experiences of about vocational learning in their working environment. The two last articles deals with the multi-professional collaboration in guidance and about the importance of formative assessment in guiding and steering the learning processes.
