In the third phase of the thesis a summary of the development of the well-being of the staff was made for the manager.

Questionnaire replies were received from 22 staff members. The results were generally good. The study raised a few issues for future development. The is-sues to be developed were operational practices, participatory management, high level of professional expertise in the development and quality of care. 21 staff members were involved in the well-being development afternoons at work. The ideas to enhance well-being were as follows: safety issues to minimize the risks, development of the skills of all employees, work-related decision-making and delegating power and encouraging the maintenance of positive interaction.

Further research on the subject could be done to find out how the staff's job satisfaction will be improved as the result of the development ideas after a year.
