Due to the weakening of the profitability of the organization under this development, there was a need to establish a quality system that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality standard. The aim of the study was to create a sufficiently versatile and easy-to-use manual that complies with ISO 9001:2015 quality system requirements and at the same time guide the organization's business.

The study focuses on the organization's business, related phenomena and mechanisms. Searching for the research is appropriate in relation to the read theory, the empirical observation for six years from the target organization, interviews, customer satisfaction surveys and familiarization with the organization's financial information.

As a result of the development work, a quality control handbook was created for the organization describing the best practices of the organization and how to develop them continuously. By following the quality manual that has been created, the organization's operations need to be streamlined, intensified and improved profitability.
