This diary thesis’ aim is to follow authors’ progression during the time at the job.

In the beginning of the thesis company where author is working during this diary is intro-duced. The actual job is introduced by describing and modelling key processes, analysing current job situation, describing work assignments and needed skills. Interest groups and interaction skills are also introduced.

Thesis is written in a diary. Reporting is done by describing daily work assignments and after every week analysing the work assignments and their solutions. Diary is started 16.10.2018 and the last entry is made 22.12.2018. The scope of this thesis is limited to things related to the job of Customer Delivery Officer.

Finally in discussion and conclusions the progression of the author is evaluated and previ-ously written analysis of current work is compared to the situation at the end of the diary. Also a look in future is written.
