This thesis is a real development project, which started out from working life. In Häme area there is a demand for Farmers´ vocational examination for adult students. We have near 4000 farms in Häme area. This area is famous for food, feed and cattle production. Future brings new changes for farming in this area. It´s possible to graduate in Farmers vocational examination, when you have acquired the required skills and knowledges. All who plan to buy a farm from parents need to have this grade for fi-nancing the farm trade. All farmers, who want to get into organic produc-tion, need to have a grate in organic farming. This validity includes the required organic farming examination parts.

The priority in this thesis is to conceive a plan to organize Farmers´ vocational examination in Training center Salpaus. The forms for personal studying plans and a list for evaluating persons have been included as attachments. The License for the arrangement of the farmer´s vocational examination needs to be requested from Agriculture examination committee. After that agreement starts the preparations and marketing in practice.

The theory basis for this thesis comes from websites and books that included in the National board of education, teaching material and the lessons from Competence based Qualification master material and is pertaining for proofs and evaluating. The data about farms and farmers in Häme, comes from Statistics Centre (TiKe). The plan of Farmers vocations examination is written on a form provided by the National Board of Education has done.
