It is a valuable tool for the teacher to take into consideration student's life story and the most important events concerning learning. The perspective is paramount in entrepreneurship education, because entrepreneurship is an individual learning process which appears varied during life time. In entrepreneurship education the aspect of individual learning process is a key to effectiveness of education. Our society makes demands on entrepreneurship and even on running small business and looks forward to improve results of entrepreneurship education. An openand honest discuss between the adult students and the teacher is a basic approach. In this social interaction both the students and the teacher learn - even ifthe teacher being experienced educator.
