Vuorovaikutus, avoimuus, palautteen saaminen ja antaminen sekä niiden kehittäminen Itä-Lapin työvoimatoimistossa

Thesis description: The purpose of the research was to investigate the opinions of the staff of the labour office of East-Lapland about the interaction, openness, the getting of the feedback and giving and the developing of them. My dissertation is connected to the workwellbeing project of the Labour and tradecenter of Lapland as a part.

Theoretical summary: In a theoretical share I have dealt with the individual, work community and the developing of it, organisation and organisational culture. Furthermore, I have opened the concepts and significance of the getting and giving of interaction, openness and feedback.

Methodological summary: My research was a quantitative form study. I collected the material with the help of the Digium network inquiry in which there were multiselection questions, scale questions and open questions.

Main results: From the results it appeared that the workers experienced that the getting of interaction, openness and feedback and the giving were at a satisfactory level. The majority experienced that in the work community there is enough no mutual interaction. More being together and openness were hoped for to the preparation of matters and to decision-making and the listening of workers. The development discussions were regarded as open. The majority also experienced that it was getting positive and developing feedback from the fellow workers and from the superiors.

Conclusions: The work community lives on the moment in the change, which affects the workers' work and managing in the work essentially. The assignments are concentrated and are prioritised which creates for its part uncertainty. The work community has served as regional only for a few years which is why the common models have not been necessarily created yet. In interaction, openness and getting and giving of the feedback is the one to be developed further, when the matters have been first realised.
