Dålig fiilis? : Hjälp att få #brafiilis – råd när man leder #brafiilis-grupper

Abstract This functional thesis is based on the research I have conducted by interviewing and observing #brafiilis tutors employed by Barnavårdsföreningen, during the spring of 2018. The #brafiilis programme is developed to build youth psychic health and the target group is 13 to 15 year old adolescents. The purpose of this Bachelor´s thesis is to support tutors to plan #brafiilis-lessons and give them insights of experienced #brafiilis tutors knowledge and advice, based on the results of my research. The aim is to create a written material, a catalogue, based on the conclusions of the research for Barnavårdsföreningen to use as an appendix to the #brafiilis manual. Questions that are discussed in the thesis are, if the tutor can influence the groups development by how hir builds the lessons, or how hir approaches the group, and what are the reasons if the group doesn’t develop during the #brafiilis programme. I also investigate what the reasons can be for how the group feels, and what makes the #brafiilis programme important. The thesis theoretical frame consists mostly of Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), but also of pedagogy in the form of the tutor’s roll, the brains development during the teenage years, and of group dynamics.
