The purpose of this thesis is to facilitate and encourage a micro company’s decision to change to electronic financial management. The theoretical part of the Bachelor's Thesis clarifies the basic concepts of electronic finance to the micro company in a language that is common to a person. The theoretical part is based on laws and regulations, as well as up to 5 years old literature and documentation, of which I have become aware in the work field for this thesis.

In order to facilitate the transition, the thesis presents three different e-finance programs suitable for micro-enterprises from the point of view of basic functions, usability, price and transition. The price comparison also uses examples of companies to illustrate the actual costs. The presented programs have been selected as a background work from programs likely for the use of a micro company. The knowledge and the experience of the programs are based on the websites of the program houses, the results of the Economic Administration's research, as well as on the accumulated experiences of the programs in question.

The thesis deals with the problems, fears and challenges faced by the transition to the electronic financial management, as well as considering how to prepare for the transition in order to success. The theoretical basis of this section uses the aforementioned guides and literature, as well as the comments of a representative of a large accounting firm related to electronic communication. This part of the thesis also includes my own work experience and thoughts.
