A ship model of the steamship S/S Skiftet. The steel-hulled passenger ship was built in 1908 at the W:m Crichton & Co Ab shipyard in Turku, Grand Duchy of Finland, for the Turku-based Ångfartygs Ab Bore company. In 1908–1916 the Skiftet served on the Turku–Mariehamn–Stockholm passenger line. In 1916 it was transferred to Åland for the Russian Admiralty but in December of the same year it hit a German mine and sank. The wreck was located in 1970.

The model is painted in the colours of the company Ångfartygs Ab Bore. The Russian merchant flag is flying on the pole in the stern. The port of registry on the model is Turku (written in Swedish as ’Åbo’ on the model).
